 ABOUT US

We cook local ingredients by using French and Japanese ways, and emphasize hospitality with the use of chopsticks and other Japanese cooking techniques. The restaurant is full of a live atmosphere, and the projection mapping that accompanies the food on the 18-meter counter is a highlight of the restaurant. The acoustics are also composed of actual natural sounds, allowing diners to enjoy a relaxing moment along with their meal.
