We have three specialties.

(1) Saloma beef ribs→Beef raised on a farm with strict hygiene control is used.

2) Kamameshi (a rice dish cooked in an individual pot)→Rice cooked at your table with our specialties.

(3) Special eggs → Fresh eggs from local area, Kyoto

Saloma Beef Karubi

(boneless short ribs)

Price: 880 yen

Our special Saloma beef Karubi (boneless short ribs). Our specialty, Saloma Beef Karubi, is a black Japanese beef at a relatively reasonable price.

2 cups of rice cooked in Kamameshi (a rice dish cooked in an individual pot)  

Price: 680 yen

Rice cooked in front of the customers. The dish takes about 30 minutes to be served.

Special Eggs    

Price: 100 yen per egg

Fresh eggs from chickens raised in northern Kyoto where the air and water are clean. It goes well with rice topped with egg.

Mino (special innards)   

Price: 780 yen

All domestically produced innards is used. Mino (Inneards, the first stomach) is a popular item that is light and has a nice crunchy texture.

Special tri-tip  

Price: 1980 yen

We offer not only reasonably priced products, but also the finest meat such as Wagyu beef.
