 ABOUT US

The Tajima Ota beef we use at our restaurant is Tajima Ota beef, which has won many honorary awards at the Hyogo Prefecture Livestock Breeders' Association.

Tajima is called the home of Wagyu cattle, and Ota Farm is located in the rich nature of Tajima.

Only A5 grade female cattle under 3 years old are used, which are purchased directly from Ota Farm.

The quality of the meat is very tender and the fat is sweet, and it is the highest quality Wagyu beef that cannot be tasted anywhere else.

We are able to offer you the freshest meat because we buy only one head of beef.
