Masayuki Okuda, the owner and chef of AI Che-cciano, which became famous as a restaurant that could not get a reservation, has opened his second restaurant "Innovative Japanese & Italian OLION SUSHI" . AI Che-cciano in Hakuba in the winter season!
The world's first "Oil Sushi" using mainly seafood from Shonai Beach in Yamagata Prefecture and Okuda's Italian cuisine using a wide variety of ingredients from all over Japan.
You can enjoy boiled pasta made by our unique boiling method and our special curry at lunch time.
