Founded by a Japanese owner-chef in Toronto, Canada, in 2013, our signature Chicken Paitan Ramen shop is finally opening in Tokyo’s Nihonbashi in November 2024, after 10 years! In Japan, we were featured as a reverse-import ramen shop at the Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum for about two and a half years. We also made a limited-time comeback at an event at the same museum. Now, we are thrilled to finally open our first street-level shop in Japan! We look forward to your visit!
